First unveiled back in May, TikTok has expanded its LIVE subscription offering to more creators.

Unlike other platforms with giant view requirements to monetize lives, TikTok says you must be over 18, have 1,000+ followers, and have gone LIVE for at least 30 minutes in the last 28 days.

TikTok estimates that you'll receive a little over $2 for each fan who subscribes to you. For the fans, they get special badges, special emojis, and exclusive access to chats during your LIVES.

If you're a creator who loves real-time feedback and interaction with your followers, there's no harm in giving this a shot! But, if you're not in the habit of consistently going LIVE, first consider if that's something you want to do before taking your fans' hard-earned money 🤑
